Australian Human Rights Commission Amendment (Costs Protection) Bill 2023 [Provisions]

The Australian Human Rights Commission Amendment (Costs Protection) Bill 2023 would amend the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986 to insert a modified ‘equal access’ cost protection provision. That provision would apply across all federal anti-discrimination laws and would achieve recommendation 25 of the Respect@Work Report.

The deadline for submissions is 9 January 2024.

The reporting date is 9 February 2024.
