Migration and Maritime Powers Legislation Amendment (Resolving the Asylum Legacy Caseload) Bill 2014

On 25 September 2014, the Senate referred the Migration and Maritime Powers Legislation Amendment (Resolving the Asylum Legacy Caseload) Bill 2014 to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report.

The closing date for submissions is 31 October 2014. The reporting date is 27 November 2014.

For administrative reasons due to the large number of submissions received, the committee has decided not to publish submissions comprising form or campaign letters.
