COVID-19 Royal Commission

On 19 October 2023, the Senate referred an inquiry into the appropriate terms of reference for a COVID-19 Royal Commission that would allow all affected stakeholders to be heard to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee for inquiry and report by 19 April 2024.

Further detail about the scope of the inquiry is provided in the terms of reference.
