3. connections with other freight infrastructure, including ports and intermodal hubs;
4. engagement on route alignment, procurement and employment;
5. urban and regional economic development opportunities;
6. collaboration between governments;
7. interaction with National Freight and Supply Chain Strategy; and
8. any other related matters.
