Infrastructure Australia Amendment (Cost Benefit Analysis and Other Measures) Bill 2014

On 25 September 2014, the Senate referred the Infrastructure Australia Amendment (Cost Benefit Analysis and Other Measures) Bill 2014for inquiry and report.

The purpose of the Infrastructure Australia Amendment (Cost Benefit Analysis and Other Measures) Bill 2014 is to amend the Infrastructure Australia Act 2008 so that it becomes a function of Infrastructure Australia to conduct a cost benefit analysis of those infrastructure projects that are nationally significant and which also involve Commonwealth funding of at least $100 million.

Submissions should be received by 16 October 2014. The report date is 26 November 2014.
