Export Market Development Grants Legislation Amendment Bill 2020 [provisions]

On 8 October 2020, the provisions of the Export Market Development Grants Legislation Amendment Bill 2020 were referred to the committee for inquiry and report by 4 November 2020.

The Export Market Development Grants Legislation Amendment Bill 2020 amends the Export Market Development Grants Act 1997, and makes consequential amendments to the Australian Trade and Investment Commission Act 1985, to make changes to the operation and administration of the Export Market Development Grants scheme. The changes implement the recommendations of the 2020 Review of financial assistance to SME exporters.

Submissions are due by 18 October 2020.
