SENATE RURAL AND REGIONAL AFFAIRS AND TRANSPORT LEGISLATION COMMITTEE
CONSIDERATION OF TIME CRITICAL BILLS
- The committee met in private session on Thursday, 6 June 2013 at 9.48 am.
- Pursuant to the resolution of the Senate of 15 May 2013 referring the provisions of time critical bills to legislative and general purpose standing committees for inquiry and report, the committee has considered the provisions of the following bills and, by unanimous decision, has determined that there are no substantive matters that require examination:
- Sugar Research and Development Services Bill 2013; and
- Sugar Research and Development Services (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Bill 2013.
The committee reports accordingly.
