Chapter 2 - Key issues

[1]        The Clean Energy Finance Corporation is not one of the measures addressed in the package of 'Clean Energy Bills'. Instead, an independent panel of experts has been appointed to advise on the design of the $10 billion Clean Energy Finance Corporation.
