About this inquiry

The bill proposes to repeal the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012, thereby abolishing the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). The bill also proposes transitional arrangements relating to a successor agency of the ACNC.
