Wealth Management Companies
On 17 September 2024, the Senate referred an inquiry into Wealth Management Companies to the Senate Economics References Committee for inquiry and report by the last sitting day of March 2025 (subsequently extended to 28 July 2025).

The inquiry lapsed at the end of the 47th Parliament. On 26 August 2025, the committee advised the Senate that it was not seeking the re-adoption of the inquiry. As such, the Senate has not re-adopted the inquiry in the 48th Parliament.

The committee thanks those who made submissions to the inquiry. Submissions will remain on the committee’s inquiry website and will remain a part of the record of this inquiry.
