National Consumer Credit Protection Amendment (Mandatory Comprehensive Credit Reporting) Bill 2018 [Provisions]

On 28 March 2018, the Senate referred the provisions of the National Consumer Credit Protection Amendment (Mandatory Comprehensive Credit Reporting) Bill 2018 to the Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 29 May 2018.


On 22 May 2018, the Committee requested an extension of time to report to 5 June 2018.
