Government Procurement (Judicial Review) Bill 2017 [provisions]

On 15 June 2017, the Senate referred an inquiry into the provisions of the Government Procurement (Judicial Review) Bill 2017 be referred immediately to the Finance and Public Administration Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 4 August 2017.

The closing date for submissions is 7 July 2017.
