On 27 November 2025 the Senate referred the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Integrity and Safeguarding) Bill 2025 for inquiry and report.
Making a submission
Please note that the committee will only accept submissions which directly address the provisions of the bill.
Submitters writing about personal experiences in relation to the NDIS or NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission are welcome but must specifically address aspects of the bill. Please also note that when providing a submission, medical reports, NDIS participant plans, court documents and correspondence with the NDIA or NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission are not required. If you do provide such documents, they will likely be returned to you.

It is important to note that the committee is not able to provide advice on your individual circumstances. The committee is not able to progress or resolve any individual concerns or complaints about your experience with the NDIS or with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The committee cannot overturn, or remake decisions made by the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
