Inquiry into the Digital Transformation of Workplaces

On 9 April 2024, the House Standing Committee on Employment, Education and Training adopted an inquiry into the digital transformation of workplaces following a referral from the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, the Hon Tony Burke MP. The Committee will inquire into and report on the rapid development and uptake of automated decision making and machine learning techniques in the workplace.

The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make a submission to the inquiry addressing one or more of the terms of reference by Friday 21 June 2024. Information that may assist in preparing a submission to the Committee can be accessed here.
