The closing date for submissions is 24 April 2015.

On 24 June 2015, the Senate granted an extension of time to report until 19 August 2015.

On 10 August 2015, the Senate granted a further extension of time to report until 14 October 2015.

On 13 October 2015, the Senate granted a further extension of time to report until 2 December 2015.
