The closing date for submissions is 27 July 2018.

The committee is due to report on 17 October 2018.​

On the 17 October 2018, the Senate granted an extension of time for reporting until 4 December 2018.

On the 4 December 2018, the Senate granted an extension of time for reporting until 30 January 2019​.
