Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No.2) Bill 2023 [Provisions]

On 7 September 2023, the Senate referred the provisions of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023 to the Education and Employment Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 1 February 2024. However on 7 December 2023 the bill was divided into two bills: the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023; and the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No.2) Bill 2023. As part of the motion for the division the Senate agreed that future proceedings of the inquiry should be confined to consideration of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No. 2) Bill 2023.  

Submissions are requested by 29 September 2023.
