Consideration of Time Critical Bills

1. The committee met in private session on 26 October 2020.
2. Pursuant to the resolution of the Senate of 7 October 2020 referring the provisions of time critical bills to legislative and general purpose standing committees for inquiry and report, the committee has considered the provisions of the Social Services and Other Legislation Amendment (Coronavirus and Other Measures) Bill 2020 and, by unanimous decision, has determined that there are no substantive matters that require examination.

The committee reports accordingly.
