In relation to Australian corporations that are members of various global organisations, which have stated objectives and goals, has the ACCC considered whether Australian corporations implementing these goals could lead to any breaches of Australian consumer law through cartel like behaviour that would result in:

a. a reduction in consumer choice?

b. higher or inflated prices?

c. damage to the economy?

Mulino I just wanted to ask a couple of questions about standard definitions in insurance. This is a piece of work that has been going on for some time now between the ACCC and ICA, it also came up as you know in our inquiry into the insurers’ response to the 2022 floods. I’m just wondering firstly where is that up to?
