Treasury Laws Amendment (Tax Accountability and Fairness) Bill 2023 [Provisions]

On 30 November 2023, the Senate referred the provisions of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Tax Accountability and Fairness) Bill 2023 to the Senate Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 18 April 2024.

On 26 March 2024, the Senate approved an extension to report to 10 May 2024 for the inquiry.

The closing date for the committee receiving submissions is 9 February 2024.
