On 29 May 2014, the Senate referred the provisions of the Excise Tariff Amendment (Product Stewardship for Oil) Bill 2014 and the Customs Tariff Amendment (Product Stewardship for Oil) Bill 2014 to the Senate Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 16 June 2014.
