Veterans’ Affairs Legislation Amendment (Budget Measures) Bill 2017

On 10 May 2017 the Senate agreed that all bills introduced into the House of Representatives after 11 May 2017 and up to and including 1 June 2017 that contain substantive provisions commencing on or before 1 July 2017 be referred to committees for inquiry and report by 13 June 2017.

On 24 May 2017, the provisions of the Veterans’ Affairs Legislation Amendment (Budget Measures) Bill 2017 were referred to the Senate Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 13 June 2017.
