Migration Amendment (Overseas Organ Transplant Disclosure and Other Measures) Bill 2023

On 9 November 2023, the Senate referred the Migration Amendment (Overseas Organ Transplant Disclosure and Other Measures) Bill 2023  to the Senate Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 30 March 2024.

Submissions close 1 February 2024.

On 29 February 2024, the Senate agreed to extend the reporting date to 14 May 2024.
