INTERIM REPORT
On 10 February 2011 the Senate referred the National Broadband Network Companies Bill 2010 and the Telecommunications Legislation Amendment (National Broadband Network Measures–Access Arrangements) Bill 2010 to the Environment and Communications Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 16 March 2011.
Due to the need to obtain and thoroughly consider the responses to its questions and in order to fully inform the deliberations on its report, the committee intends to table its final report by 17 March 2011.
