Pursuant to Senate standing order 38(7), I present to you an interim report of the Standing Committee on Environment and Communications in relation to the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Bill 2011, the Carbon Credits (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2011 and the Australian National Registry of Emissions Units Bill 2011.
The committee is close to finalising its deliberations on this matter. The committee intends to present the final report on Friday, 27 May 2011.
