Pursuant to Senate standing order 38(7), I present to you an interim report of the Standing Committee on Environment and Communications in relation to the inquiry into the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment (Bioregional Plans) Bill 2011.
The committee is still deliberating, has sought further submissions and intends to present the final report on Wednesday, 15 June 2011.
