ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION COMMITTEE
CONSIDERATION OF TIME CRITICAL BILLS
- The committee met in private session on Thursday 30 May 2013 at 9.05pm.
- Pursuant to the resolution of the Senate of 15 May 2013 referring the provisions of time critical bills to legislative and general purpose standing committees for inquiry and report, the committee has considered the provisions of the Australian Capital Territory Water Management Legislation Amendment Bill 2013 and, by unanimous decision, has determined that there are no substantive matters that require examination.
The committee reports accordingly.
