Reports on Annual Reports

Section 243 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 sets out the Committee’s duties. These duties include the examination of each annual report that is prepared by a body established under the ASIC Act. These bodies include:

About the Committee

At the dissolution of the House of Representatives on 28 March 2025, the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Law Enforcement ceased to exist. Any inquiries that were not completed have lapsed and submissions cannot be received. The membership will be appointed in the 48th Parliament.
