On 13 May 2020, the House referred to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services an inquiry into Litigation funding and the regulation of the class action industry for report by 7 December 2020.
On 2 December 2020, the House of Representatives extended the reporting time from 7 December 2020 to 21 December 2020.
Submissions close on 11 June 2020.
