Inquiry into the transition to electric vehicles

The Committee adopted an inquiry into the transition to electric vehicles on 18 January 2024, following a referral from the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, the Hon Chris Bowen MP.

The Committee is seeking written submissions providing recommendations relating to any or all of the inquiry terms of reference by Friday, 22 March 2024.

Anyone can make a submission to the inquiry by using the My Parliament system. Submissions do not have a set format but should be prepared solely for the inquiry and should not be published prior to being accepted by the Committee.
