Inquiry into factors shaping social licence and economic development outcomes in critical minerals projects across Australia

The House Standing Committee on Primary Industries adopted an inquiry into factors shaping social licence and economic development outcomes in critical minerals projects across Australia on 15 December 2025, following a referral from the Minister for Resources, Hon Madeleine King MP.

 

The Committee is seeking written submissions, providing recommendations in response to the inquiry terms of reference by Friday, 27 February 2026. Further information about making a submission to a parliamentary committee is available here.
