The Joint Standing Committee on Implementation of the National Redress Scheme is conducting an inquiry into the ongoing operations of the Scheme.
The Committee acknowledges the extensive work already undertaken through previous parliamentary inquiries, independent reviews, and audit reports. To assist stakeholders in preparing submissions for this inquiry, the Committee has issued a discussion paper designed to guide and focus contributions.
This guide is not prescriptive. Submitters are not required to address every topic and may choose to respond to some or all of the Terms of Reference. Written submissions may also raise additional issues, provided they are directly relevant to the Terms of Reference.
