Crimes at Sea

On 24 November 2014 the Government tabled its response to the recommendations of the Standing Committee on Social Policy and Legal Affairs in its 2013 report Troubled Water – Inquiry into the arrangements surrounding crimes at sea.

The Committee considered the response in detail and on 22 June 2015 the Committee tabled its report Reviewing Troubled Waters: Consideration of the Government response to the 2012 inquiry into arrangements surrounding crimes at sea.
