Circumvention of anti-dumping laws

On Monday the 15th September 2014 the Minister for Industry, the Hon Ian Macfarlane MP, asked the Agriculture and Industry Committee to conduct an inquiry into Australia’s anti-circumvention framework in relation to anti-dumping measures.

The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make submissions addressing the terms of reference by 30 November 2014. Online submissions can be made on this page.
