Terms of reference

The Attorney-General, the Hon Michelle Rowland MP, wrote to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security on 26 August 2025 to refer the Strengthening Oversight of the National Intelligence Community Bill 2025 for inquiry and report, pursuant to paragraph 29(1)(b)(ia) of the Intelligence Services Act 2001.
