For this review, the Defence Sub-Committee has resolved to investigate a range of matters raised in the Defence Annual Report 2013-14 including:

  • Personnel matters
  • Critical categories of employment
  • Recruiting and employment of women
  • Cultural reform and the Pathway to Change
  • Reserve policy
  • Project Suakin
  • Military Justice
  • First Principles Review
  • The 2015 White Paper and Force Structure Review
  • Capability Development and Major Projects, such as LAND 400
  • Follow-up items from previous review of the DAR 2012-13:
  • Implementation of Coles Report recommendations
  • Review of recommendations from previous Review of DAR 2012-13, including transparency of reporting
