On 12 March 2013, Minister Albanese asked the Committee to inquire into and report on the Broadcasting Legislation Amendment (Digital Dividend) Bill 2013. The letter from Minister Albanese MP to the Committee referring legislation is available here.

The terms of reference are the text of the bill, which can be accessed, together with the explanatory memorandum, on the homepage for the bill. The Committee was asked to report to the House by Monday 18 March 2013.
