Progress report

On 5 September 2023, the Senate referred the inquiry into the Middle Arm Industrial Precinct to the Environment and Communications References Committee for inquiry and report by 28 February 2024.

On 10 November 2023, the committee was granted an extension of time for the report until 30 April 2024.

The committee requests an extension of time to report until 13 August 2024 to allow it to consider the evidence received and to conclude its deliberations.
