On 13 July 2011, the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Law Enforcement initiated an inquiry into Commonwealth unexplained wealth legislation and arrangements. On 30 November 2011 the committee released a discussion paper and is seeking further submissions.
Submissions should be received by 31 January 2012.
The Committee is seeking written submissions from interested individuals and organisations preferably in electronic form submitted online
