to: require higher education providers who receive Commonwealth funding to disclose existing partnerships with, or investments in, defined prohibited entities and divest from these partnerships and investments within a 6-month period; and prohibit higher education providers from appointing to their governing bodies any individual that has investments in a prohibited entity or is a member of the board of a prohibited entity.
