to: provide that the minister will make a decision within 30 days of receiving a report or recommendation on which to make a decision; provide that the minister may consider any impacts on jobs and investment in the domestic industry producing like goods during an investigation to determine whether material injury to an Australian industry is being caused or is threatened; reflect all countervailable subsidies under the World Trade Organization Agreements on Subsidies and Countervailing and on Agriculture; and enable industry associations, unions and downstream industry to participate in anti-dumping and countervailing investigations.

, in response to recommendations of the Senate Economics Legislation Committee, to: insert a statement of interpretative principles into the unconscionable conduct provisions; and provide that the statutory concept of unconscionable conduct is consistently applied to both consumers and businesses; and Trade Practices Amendment (Australian Consumer Law) Act (No. 2) 2010
to make technical amendments.

to provide that financial institutions and other persons who buy Australian carbon credit units (ACCUs) are subject to reporting and other obligations; Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001
and Corporations Act 2001
in relation to the regulation of financial services for ACCUs; Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001
, Competition and Consumer Act 2010
and National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007
to provide for the appropriate exchange of information between administrators; and National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007
to extend the arrangements for reporting transfer certificates beyond 30 June 2011.

Competition and Consumer Act 2010
to: prohibit the private disclosure of pricing information to a competitor; prohibit disclosure of that or other information if the disclosure is made to substantially lessen competition; provide that the prohibitions only apply to goods and services prescribed by regulations; provide exceptions to the prohibitions; and extend existing authorisation and notification regimes to enable businesses to obtain immunity from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission from the prohibitions where a public net benefit results.
