• Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view or print PDF documents and can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe
• Adobe also provides tools for the blind and visually impaired to access PDF documents. These tools are available at:  http://access.adobe.com/tools.html

ZIPPED FILES

Reports comprising sets of files are provided in archive (.zip) format and may be opened with a program such as Winzip, PKUNZIP or NetZip. This type of software is often available on the internet as freeware or shareware

WORD FILES/RTF FILES

Recent Word documents on the House of Representatives Web Site were created using Microsoft Word 97. In some instances a Rich Text Format (RTF) version has been supplied as an alternative.
