Terms of reference
The House of Representatives Standing Committee on Environment and Heritage
will enquire into and report on:
- The current contribution of environmental goods and services to employment in Australia;
- The future potential growth, including barriers and opportunities for growth, of
environmental goods and services and impact on employment;
- Current status and future requirements for an appropriately skilled workforce;
- Appropriate policy measure that could encourage the further development of the
environmental goods and services sector; and
- Information and reporting systems that would support the uptake of environmental
goods and services to enhance overall business performance and development of the sector.
