    RESPONDED

The health minister has claimed on several occasions that Big Tobacco have hooked a whole new generation on vapes yet hasn't taken legal action against Big Tobacco for this! Why not? As concerned parents and citizens of Australia we no longer want vapes in the hands of those underage. We need action NOW! Before it's too late! Mark Butler's mentor Nicola Roxon and the Australian Government succesfully won big in the courts against Big Tobacco with plain packaging laws, why not with vapes? It's past time to make Big Tobacco accountable. Big Tobacco must now be held accountable and the Australian Government should bring them to trial.

We therefore ask the House to take action to charge Big Tobacco under all appropriate laws for trying to hook a whole new underage generation to vapes. We request Health Minister Mark Butler to explain why he hasn't taken this action already. We request that Health Minister Mark Butler lead this action against Big Tobacco to put them in the courts and to expedite this action.
