Autumn Courtyards of Parliament House

About the tour

Ablaze with vibrant reds and vivid yellows, come and explore the private courtyard gardens of Australian Parliament House this Autumn.

Stroll under the golden leaves and visit different courtyards, each with their own identity formed through sculpture, scale, plant selection, and colour. Discover how the species selection and design have been cultivated to complement the architecture of the House and serve its busy inhabitants.

Led by a friendly guide, this private walking tour is a rare opportunity to see the spectacular Autumn colours in courtyards not normally open to the public.

Make a day of it and enjoy morning tea, lunch or afternoon tea at the Queen’s Terrace Café. Or add a refreshment package to your ticket for a discount on delicious scone and hot beverage of your choice.

This tour has been developed for adults with an interest in gardens and gardening.
