Current Inquiry : Inquiry into crime in the community: victims, offenders, and fear of crime

In May 2002 the Minister for Justice and Customs, Senator the Hon Chris Ellison, referred this matter to the Committee for inquiry and report.

Written submissions addressing one or more of the terms of reference are invited from organisations and individuals interested in placing evidence before the Committee. Submissions are to be sent to the Committee Secretariat by 2 August 2002, and are to be prepared with reference to the guidelines on making a submission.
