Social Security Act 1991
and Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
to extend permanently the income test exemption for the Western Australian Country Age Pension Fuel Card and the Cost of Living Rebate Scheme; seven Acts to reduce from 13 to 6 weeks the length of time individuals can spend overseas while continuing to receive certain income support payments and family payments; the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999

, Clean Energy (Household Assistance Amendments) Act 2011
and Family Assistance and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2011
to remove eligibility for family tax benefit (FTB) Part A for people over 18 years of age unless they are in full-time secondary study; the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999
to provide that the rate of FTB Part A for a child is not restricted to the base child rate due to privately collecting less than the full child support entitlement; the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999
