    Implements certain 'Your Future, Your Super' reforms by amending the:
    Parliamentary Superannuation Act 2004
    to: remove the existing choice of fund provisions; enable the Commonwealth to make employer superannuation contributions for new parliamentarians to a chosen, stapled or default fund in various circumstances; and provide for the determination of a default fund for parliamentarians if an existing default fund is unable to accept new members due to failing the annual performance test for MySuper products for two consecutive years;
