    to: provide that the scheduling charge can be collected in conjunction with the registration charge; provide that the scheduling charge is not credited to the Industrial Chemicals Special Account; and correct a drafting error; and
    Industrial Chemicals Environmental Management (Register) Act 2020
    to make amendments contingent on the commencement of the
    Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2020
