Summary

Amends the:

Australian Crime Commission Act 2002
to facilitate the transition from the National Crime Authority to the Australian Crime Commission (ACC) by addressing transitional and other issues which have arisen since the establishment of the ACC on 1 January 2003;
Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977
to exempt certain decisions from being subject to requests for statements of reasons; and
Australian Postal Corporation Act 1989
to allow disclosure of certain information and documents to the ACC.
